Turn optional features on or off in Community Settings to shape your community around what your reunion actually needs.
Steps
- Open Community Settings. Click Settings in the left menu.
- Find the Features section. Scroll to Features, where each optional feature has its own switch.
- Turn a feature on or off. Flip the switch next to any feature to enable or disable it:
- Events — plan gatherings with dates, locations, and RSVPs
- Memory Board — a shared wall of photos and short stories
- Legacy Wall — a memorial space for honoring loved ones
- Shop — sell reunion merchandise
- Lodging — share hotel and booking info
- Registration — collect reunion registrations or fees
- Check the menu. When a feature is on, a matching link appears in the left menu for everyone in your community. When it’s off, the link disappears and the page isn’t accessible.
📌 Note: Home, Feed, and Members are always on and can’t be turned off — every community has these.
💡 Tip: New communities start with these features off. Turn on only the ones you plan to use — you can always turn more on later as your reunion takes shape.
📌 Note: Turning a feature off doesn’t delete anything. If you turn it back on later, all the content is still there.
