What is Beta Testing?
A beta test is an early version of the app that’s shared with a small group of real users before the official public launch. The purpose of a beta test is to make sure the app works as expected, is easy to use, and delivers value in real-world situations.
During a beta test, some features may still be in progress, bugs may appear, and things may change based on user feedback. A beta test helps me improve the app before it becomes a fully released, paid product.
Because this is a testing phase, beta versions are not intended to be used for real events because any data entered may not be permanent and may be deleted in the future.
GTAG Beta Participation Agreement
By accessing or using GTAG during the beta period, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Purpose of the Beta
GTAG is in an active beta phase. The purpose of this beta is to test core functionality, usability, and workflows, and to collect feedback from early users.
2. No Guarantee of Availability or Stability
During beta, GTAG may experience downtime, bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. Features may change or be removed without notice.
3. Data Handling
GTAG’s beta environment is not permanent.
Any data entered during beta may be deleted at any time and is not guaranteed to persist into the final product.
Participants should not rely on beta data for live events, official records, or financial tracking.
4. Payments and Communications
Payment processing, ticket sales, SMS messaging, and email notifications are not enabled during beta. No financial transactions should be attempted or expected.
5. No Pricing or Feature Commitments
Any references to future pricing, plans, or features are subject to change. Participation in the beta does not guarantee access to future features or pricing.
6. Feedback
By participating in the beta, you agree that any feedback you provide may be used to improve GTAG without obligation or compensation.
7. Termination of Beta Access
GTAG reserves the right to suspend or end beta access at any time.
Features Not Available During Beta
- Shop – ability to complete a purchase from the online store
- Email Notifications – ability to send live emails to members is not live yet
- SMS Notifications – ability to send live sms/text messages to members is not live yet
- Invite Members – ability to invite members by email is not live yet
