The Memory Board is a shared wall for preserving photos and short memories from your reunion family, past and present.
Steps
- Turn on the Memory Board (Owners and Admins). If you don’t see Memory Board in the left menu yet, go to Settings and turn on the Memory Board feature.
- Go to the Memory Board. Click Memory Board in the left menu.
- Click Share Memory. One action handles both photo and text memories.
- Write your memory. Enter your memory text. If you also attach a photo, add a short caption instead.
- Attach a photo (optional). Add one photo per memory. Accepted formats are PNG, JPG, and HEIC, up to 20 MB.
- Click Post.
📌 Note: Memories without a photo appear as a post-it card in your community’s brand color with a handwritten-style font (max 500 characters). Memories with a photo appear as a photo card with your caption underneath (max 200 characters).
- Browse the board. Memories display newest first in a scrolling grid — just scroll to look back through everything the community has shared.
📌 Note: There’s no liking, commenting, or reacting on the Memory Board — it’s meant for quiet browsing, not engagement.
- Delete your own memory. Click your memory, then choose Delete, if you ever want to remove it.
📌 Note: Admins can also remove any memory if needed. If your community is in Archive Mode, the board stays fully visible, but no new memories can be added.
